Windows Me – Digital Audio funktioniert nicht korrekt

If you enjoy listening to music via your CD-ROM drive, you will certainly be happy about the digital transfer, which promises an improvement in sound quality. If you have previously installed Windows 98 or another operating system and now find that this feature no longer works with Windows Me, good advice is expensive. The first thing you should do is the following:

1. Click with the right mouse button on Workplace and select Properties. In the Device Manager you must now click on the plus in front of CD-ROM drive and double-click on the entries that appear.

2. In the properties dialog, select the Digital Audio option under Settings. If it does not work, I recommend installing the latest Windows Me driver, as this usually already supports it!
