Windows XP – Highspeed Internet mit T-DSL

Die neuartige Telekom DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) ermöglicht blitzschnelle Datenübertragung im Internet. Live Übertragungen, großen Downloads und umfangreicher Musik steht nichts mehr im Wege – sie bietet zu anderen Internetverbindungen eine bis zu vielfach höhere Geschwindigkeit. Der blitzschnelle Aufbau von Internetseiten ermöglicht das rapide Auffinden von Informationen. Falls Sie einen T-DSL Anschluss mit Modem haben können Sie diesen so unter Windows XP einrichten:

1. Click hereto download the latest T-DSL drivers from the T-Online site. The file is 1.96 megabytes in size and can therefore be downloaded quite quickly. However, since you cannot get online, you should either install the drivers from the CD supplied (which are somewhat older) or drag and drop the files onto an Internet-enabled computer and burn them. In these instructions I assume the latter case.

2. As soon as the file is on your PC, all you have to do is double-click on TDSLSetup.exe execute.

3. Now go through the installation instructions in sequence. Drivers will be installed and you will need to specify your network card. As soon as this is done, the setup wizard will ask you to restart your computer. Now the T-DSL drivers are completely installed and you only need to dial in with the T-Online software. Have fun with 16 times the speed of a modem!
